Customers have the right to request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of receiving the product, subject to the following conditions:
The item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with all tags intact.
The item must be returned in its original packaging.
If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately through Instagram so our team can assist you.
Products may also be returned directly at our Organdy branches in Mall of Egypt and U venues.
Once your return request has been approved, the refund will be processed within 14 business days from the date of approval.
