I recently purchased a pair of pants from your brand (still brand new with tags), but the fabric tore immediately upon ironing. I contacted your team via Instagram to resolve this, but the response was unhelpful and unprofessional, and now my messages are being ignored.
After the customer service on instagram told me that they will get back to the owner for a resolution and get back to me... they disappeared and no reach and i tried reaching on instagram, email and facebook and no replies for more than two weeks. it is really sad and I still need someone to reach me please
