Complaint Regarding Poor Service and Delay in Delivery

Dear Organdy Team,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I have received. Unfortunately, the experience has been far from successful, and there has been a clear lack of commitment to deadlines.

Up until now, I have not received the trousers I ordered, nor has anyone contacted me regarding the delay. This has been the worst experience I’ve had with Organdy so far.

I hope this issue will be addressed promptly, and I expect to receive an update as soon as possible.
